Cargo Reception & Screening

Your consignment is received at our dedicated facility at airport, weighed, dimensioned, and screened to meet all aviation security requirements before acceptance onto any flight.

Booking & ULD Build-Up

Based on your cargo type, whether perishables, biologicals, or general freight, we select the right Unit Load Device and pack your shipment to airline and IATA standards, maintaining any required temperature chain throughout.

Flight Dispatch & Transit

Your cargo departs on daily flights through our Brussels and Frankfurt transit hubs, in partnership with Lufthansa Airline, with full tracking from Entebbe to final destination across the Africa, Asia, USA, Canada, Europe, and beyond.

Delivery Confirmation & Documentation

On arrival, we coordinate final handover and provide complete delivery documentation, giving you and your consignee full proof of receipt and chain-of-custody records.

Do you handle both imports and exports?

Yes. We handle both export cargo departing from Entebbe International Airport and import cargo arriving at Entebbe. For imports, our team coordinates customs clearance with Uganda Revenue Authority and manages delivery or collection from the cargo terminal.

What is an AOG shipment and how quickly can you respond?

AOG stands for Aircraft on Ground, a situation where an aircraft is unable to fly due to a technical fault and requires urgent spare parts. AOG shipments are the highest-priority cargo category in aviation, as every hour of downtime costs airlines significant revenue.

An Air Waybill (AWB) is the primary document for air cargo, it serves as a contract of carriage between the shipper and the airline, and as a receipt for the goods. It contains full details of the shipment including shipper, consignee, routing, description, weight, and any special handling instructions.

Yes, our team prepares Air Waybills as part of our standard service. We ensure all information is accurate and compliant with airline requirements before your cargo is accepted.
